Description

Chantilly Farmhouse offers rustic, self-catering accommodation on a 2.5-hectare smallholding located on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, near the quaint village of Zinkwazi Beach (just 5 km from Zinkwazi Main Beach). Adjacent to our Chantilly Retreat, the farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests across six rooms.

Please note that the house is ONLY available for holiday and corporate self-catering accommodation and NO functions, parties, events or extra day visitors will be allowed without prior consent.

The property is conveniently situated 80 km from Durban, a 30-minute drive from Ballito, and 45 minutes from King Shaka International Airport.

Chantilly Farmhouse features six bedrooms: three with en-suite bathrooms, two sharing a communal bathroom, and a dormitory-style room also sharing the communal bathroom. The house includes a lounge, dining area, and a kitchen equipped with basic essentials, a gas stove, washing machine, and a microwave.

The outside area has a veranda & a swimming pool.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The bedrooms and bathrooms lay-out:
Room 1: An-suite room with a Queen bed with a sliding door exiting into the garden. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet & basin.
Room 2: An-suite with a King size bed, an open side room with a single bed & a sliding door exiting into the garden. The bathroom consists of a bath, shower, toilet & basin.
Room 3: This room has a double bed and shares a communal bathroom & a has sliding door exiting into the garden,
Room 4: This room has x2 single beds, shares a communal bathroom & has a sliding door exiting into the garden,
Room 5: This is a dorm room with x1 queen size bed, x2 ¾ beds and x1 single bed – sleeps 5 people and shares the communal bathroom. It has a door exiting into the outside area,
Room 6: An-suite room with a queen size bed, with has a sliding door exiting into the garden. The bathroom consists of a shower, bath, toilet and basin.
The communal bathroom consists of x2 toilets, x2 showers & x2 basins.
Each bedroom leads to the outdoor areas with sliding doors.

The outdoor area of Chantilly Farmhouse is a serene and inviting space, designed to blend comfort and nature seamlessly. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, dining on the veranda, or grilling on the braai, this outdoor space offers a ideal setting for both peaceful retreats and lively gatherings.

Amenities

Rates: Out of Season

R3 000 per night. A minimum of 2 nights stay.

Rates: In Season (School and Public Holidays)

(Excluding Easter weekend and 16 Dec to 3 Jan) R 3 500 per night with a minimum of 2 nights stay.

Cancellation Fees

4 weeks before arrival 25% admin fee
More than 2 weeks before arrival 50% cancellation fee
Less than 2 weeks before arrival 100% cancellation fee

Additional Charges

Departure Cleaning Fee: R 1 000
Maid fee: R 250 per day can be arranged.
Breakage deposit: 10% of the value of the accommodation charged, with a minimum of R 3 500 refundable deposit if there are no breakages
